Today we’re introducing our newest t-shirt – Whiskey Speech. In 1952, Mississippi state representative, Noah S. “Soggy” Sweat, Jr., gave his infamous “Whiskey Speech” on the floor of the Mississippi state legislature concerning whiskey.
